Im so glad you're here and I appreciate you taking the time to get to know me <3. Here's a few things to get to know me better-

I was born and raised on Oahu, Hawai'i. When I was 20 me and my family made the decision to move to Colorado for better opportunities, there me and my husband created a family of our own. We are so blessed and thankful to have three little ones now, as we welcomed our third baby earlier this year. I originally started photography in high school but never took it seriously up until Colorado, where I started doing photoshoots as a side business. Ive been a stay at home mom since my first was born, and photography has always been a passion of mines, so I thought why not do something with it? Capturing love through my lens and sharing it to the world! We are also a military family as my husband is in the Airforce, going on almost three years now. Being a military family ourselves, I for one know it is not easy, the sacrifices we go through as our loved ones serve our country, and the cost/ expenses that come with it. I want to offer not only memories that will last a lifetime but affordable options for any families out there as well. In my spare time, I enjoy spending the days with my family. We love anything outdoors and near water (it's the island roots in us haha), from exploring the puget sound to barbecues at the beach with friends and family, we love chasing sunsets as we don't wake up early enough to enjoy the beauty of sunrises now with little ones. Me and my husband also love binge watching tv shows, some of faves are one tree hill (the ultimate og), tell me lies, the summer I turned pretty,  and chief of war is what were currently watching. I also might have an obsession with thrifting and target runs. And if anyone knows me, they know Im a coffee fanatic through and through haha.

Now, what's the meaning behind Photography by U'i (Ouh-ee)  you might ask? U'i means pretty or beautiful in Hawaiian. My middle name is U'ilauna'ole which in Ōlelo Hawai'i means beautiful beyond compare. And just like the meaning of my name, I want to capture all things beautiful, whether it's needing updated family photos, all things announcements or just capturing memories you want to last a lifetime, I'm your girl!
